HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
We usually ship out orders as they come: first in first out. If you have any particularly urgent requirements, do not hesitate to let us know so we can do our best to meet your needs. The turnaround time is from 2 to 7 days for Portrait From Photo and 1 to 2 weeks for Portrait on Canvas. Please note the turnaround time may vary depending on the details of your picture, your custom request and the workload. If you have any questions or if there is anything else we can help you with, please reach us out without hesitation.
We cannot guarantee delivery time for foreign countries where free shipping is not available. Shipping and handling charges will be indicated once your order is placed. They are calculated based upon your order total, and are based on the destination and level of service. Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We can ship your order faster than scheduled if required, so please make any special requests once your order is placed.
