We can't add items that aren't in the original picture. However, our skilled portrait artists will try to remove any unwanted items when crafting your portrait. If you have any specific request, please mention it in the order comments, and we will do our best to assist you!
We recommend color photos, as black and white can miss precious details. Please send a color photo to ensure your Custom Portrait captures every detail beautifully.

If the provided photo isn't good enough to draw, we won't hesitate to connect with you for a better one. We invite you to visit our Custom Portrait Image Guidelines for more details.
Do you wish to modify or cancel your recent order? No worries! You have 30 minutes post-purchase to initiate cancellations by contacting order@madebyamen.com. However, due to our commitment to speedy order processing, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations beyond three hours after placing the order.
At the moment, we gladly accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, credit card payments and madebyamen's gift cards.

Shipping & Returns

Good news for our USA, Canada and European friends: we offer a flat $10 shipping fee. For others, shipping is determined by your location, chosen delivery method, and order weight. Keep in mind shipping may vary based on the type of product. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before confirming your purchase, so there are no surprises!
We put up to four days into crafting your product. Then, based on your location, it should be with you in roughly five business days. And for peace of mind, we'll send a tracking number once it's on its way to you.
You're in luck! We offer international shipping. However, be prepared for possible extra customs, tax, and duty charges. Before buying, you'll get a clear view of shipping expenses at checkout.
After giving it four days, your first point of contact should be the delivery company. If they can't provide answers, email us at shipping@madebyamen.com.
