Thank you for accessing our website, the following terms and conditions describe our policies regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchases, as well as returns, replacements, and refunds. - ORDER PROCESSING
All approved regular Orders are processed within 1-2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after issuing you with the Order Confirmation notice to your email address. Once we ship your Order, we will send an Order Shipment notification. Please, note that the shipment may be delayed by a few days depending on the volume of your Order, details of your picture, and other custom requests. Also, items in the same Order may be shipped separately from different production facility locations. SoftCopy / Digital / Downloadable Orders are delivered to you via your email address.
- SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
Upon the shipment of your Order, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation notice to your email address, which will include the Order tracking number for Order Tracking. Please, allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Regular Domestic Orders to the USA and Canada are shipped within 1 – 2 weeks from the purchase date using the Standard $14 flat rate. Please note the Standard $14 flat rate may vary depending on the product type, size, and weight. For more informations, feel free to contact us.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: We handle Customs, Duties, and Taxes on a case-by-case basis. We try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution if you ever face any Custom, Duties, or Taxes issue on Domestic Orders.
- Domestic Orders: Orders shipped to the following countries are termed Domestic Orders: USA and Canada.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
International Orders: Countries not listed under the Domestic Orders above are categorized under International Orders. For some European countries, such as The UK, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, and Austria, contact us for competitive shipping rates. The Shipping Fee for International Orders are calculated and provided to you at Order Checkout. The Shipping Fee is calculated based on the best rates available to us, subject to the destination, size, and weight of your Order. Also, the Estimated Delivery time on International Orders are calculated and provided to customers via their email address after Order Placement.
- Import Duties and Taxes: International Orders may be, on rare occasions, subject to Import Duties and Taxes (including VAT), which the customer must pay upon the arrival of the Order to the customer’s country of location. madebyamen is not responsible for these taxes. It is your responsibility as an importer to pay them.
- LATE ORDERS
If you do not receive your Order after 10 days of Shipment Confirmation, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and Order number. We will immediately look into it for possible reasons and proffer solutions.
- SHIPMENT TO P.O BOXES
Due to some of our carriers having limitations with shipping to P.O Boxes, madebyamen does NOT ship to P.O Boxes.
- RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the personalized nature of our Services and each manufacturer’s policy, we do not accept returns or refunds for simply changing your mind. However, we may, on certain occasions, and at our discretion, issue partial refunds. We handle partial refunds on a case-by-case basis but will try to work towards a satisfactory resolution. Also, cancellation of already placed Orders are not permitted since Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. We ask that you make up your mind before placing any Order through the website. You may make changes to your order before approving them by reaching out to us at email@example.com. We do not, in any way offer refunds for digital/downloadable Orders. We only offer up to 5 revisions within 30 days of order shipment.
- DAMAGED ITEMS
We offer replacements for items that are damaged in transit. If an item in your Order gets damaged in transit, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Include the Order number and photo of the item’s condition. If it qualifies as a damaged, we will notify you via your email address with information about the shipment pickup label. This information will help you return the item to us without charges. Once we receive the item and approve it, we will notify you. We will then work on a replacement and ship it to you.
Please, note that we offer a 90-day warranty on damaged products. If your request is made after the 90 days window, we will not grant it. The item must also be in its original packaging; all the parts must be intact (except if missing while in transit); and the item must be unused.
Due to the nature of digital/downloadable Orders, we do not offer replacement or refunds. We only offer up to 5 revisions within 30 days of Order delivery.
We reserve the right to modify this document as the need arises, including for changes in how we handle shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, and damages. You are required to review this document for possible modification frequently.
